Refund policy
14-day money-back guarantee.
Every HeySnapMe lifetime purchase includes a full refund if you request it within 14 days after purchase. No reason is required. After those 14 days, payments are not refundable, except where the law requires.
You are still eligible if you connected your Mac or used the app.
The free trial is separate
The 30-day free trial and the refund guarantee are separate. Your 14-day refund window starts when your payment for lifetime access succeeds, so the time spent on your free trial does not reduce it.
How to request a refund
Email billing@heysnapme.com from your account email within 14 days after purchase. Include your purchase date and receipt or order reference so we can find the payment. You do not need to wait for our reply within that window.
Do not send your password or card details. We return the full purchase amount to the original payment method. Your payment provider determines how long it takes to appear.
What happens to your access
A full refund ends lifetime access. Your Mac stops starting new protected work when it next checks online, or when its current offline allowance expires, within seven days. Your saved captures stay on your Mac and remain available to view, copy and export. A recording or editor already open with valid access can finish and save.
Your legal rights remain
This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights. It does not limit any cancellation rights or remedies you may have for faulty, misdescribed or undelivered digital content. Contact us if you have a problem after the 14-day guarantee period.
