Your trial and payment

Your 30-day trial begins when your card setup is successfully confirmed. There is no purchase charge at signup. By accepting these terms, you authorise Unity Bridge Solutions Ltd, trading as HeySnapMe, to save your payment method with Stripe and automatically charge a total of US$19.99 once after the trial.

The exact payment date appears in your account after setup. We send a reminder before payment. Lifetime access includes future app updates and use by one person on up to two connected Macs. This is a one-time purchase with no monthly or annual renewal.

Cancel before payment

Use Cancel automatic payment in your account before the displayed payment time to pay nothing. Cancellation keeps trial access until its original end date. Uninstalling the app or signing out does not cancel a scheduled payment.

If payment is already processing, your account will say so. You can request a full refund after payment under the 14-day money-back guarantee.

If your bank needs attention

A saved card does not guarantee payment. If your bank declines or asks for authentication, your account provides a way to complete the same one-time payment. Lifetime access begins only after payment succeeds. Your saved captures remain on your Mac.

Existing trials and your card

Trials started under earlier terms are not automatically enrolled in this payment agreement. Stripe stores your card details. HeySnapMe stores billing references, the agreement version, consent time and trial dates, rather than your full card number or security code. We also keep the card identifier Stripe provides, which is not your card number, so each card can start one free trial.

These terms do not limit your statutory rights. The refund guarantee starts when your payment succeeds, even if you have already used the app.
